Capabilities   Pacific Industrial Company specialises in all aspects of steel fabrication and construction, incorporating design, engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning and related electrical, instrumentation and civil works. Particular expertise has been developed with emphasis in the management, co-ordination and construction of turnkey projects — from design through to commissioning on fast track programs with a co-ordinated focus on safety and quality throughout the project. Taking a team based approach enables the Company to work on a joint venture or partnering basis with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers alike, in order to best achieve the projects's overall objectives. PIC are linked electronically to clients, engineers and/or detail draftsman to enable them to produce barcode labelling for "Steel Tracking" purposes. Our facilities incorporate fully equipped workshops with a floor area totalling 25,000 square metres. We have 32 overhead travelling cranes of 5, 10, 20, 25, 32 and 80 tonne capacity, capable of handling all types of heavy, medium and light fabrication works including CNC plate profiling, CNC pipe profiling, CNC sawing, CNC beam drilling and profiling, rolling and pressing of plate and structural members. We also have a full complement of fully automatic and semi-automatic welding equipment, and construction equipment includes a large fleet of mobile cranes from 8 to 50 tonne capacity, two crawler cranes of 300 tonne capacity each, semi-trailer/low loader equipment and extensive construction plant.
