Pacific Industrial Company wins work with Grocon Constructors in Brisbane

Pacific Industrial Company has been engaged to supply, fabricate and erect the steel structure for the iconic 480 Queen Street office tower. A 34 level office building located in Brisbane.
480 Queen Street will become one of the few premium office towers in the Brisbane CBD, offering the largest floor plates in the market of approximately 2,800 square metres. The building will attract the highest quality corporate tenants.
480 Queen Street is targeting 6 Star Green Star and 5 star NABERS Energy ratings.
Construction is underway with completion expected in February 2016.
