| Building No. 1 - Assembly Hall, 80 metres width × 80 metres length × 50 metres high |
| Supply fabrication, surface treatment and transportation of 32 triangulated tubular trusses 40m length × 9m height × 6.5m width and associated steelwork which form part of the mobile assembly hall. |
| Other works included the assembly and transportation of 5000 tonnes of 800mm and 1000mm steel piles all at 46m length and the fabrication of the 200T capacity portal crane, the main box girders being 2.4m wide x 5m high and 65m long, weighing 160 tonnes each. |
| Major capital works investment project was undertaken consisting of the construction of a CNC pipe profiling machine to allow for the profiling of pipe ends and the creation of a high wide load corridor of 10m x 10m clearway to enable transportation to the site. |
| Work proceeded on 5 trusses at a time in PIC's workshop No. 2, with all work completed safely, on time and within budget. |
