Mt Keith Nickel Mine       Client VMC I Location Near Leinster WA I Completion 1994 Mt Keith Nickel Mine Works comprised three packages involving the supply, fabrication and installation of structural steelwork, mechanical, platework and piping for the complete flotation area. Some 1500 tonnes of steel work was fabricated, with all platework and pipe work requiring internal rubber lining prior to transportation to site for installation. A peak construction workforce of 80 people completed on-site works involving the installation of 34 Wemco flotation cells (fabricated by PIC under a separate contract to Envirotech). Site works further involved the installation of mechanical equipment, cable ladders, HDPE and carbon steel rubber lined piping. back to projects list >>
