| Scope of work comprised the supply of all supervision, labour, materials, plant and equipment, tools, consumables for the supply, fabrication and construction of structural steelwork (250 tonnes), platework, piping and appurtenances, assembly, installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment for the 700,000 TPA Rawas Gold project. |
| The construction workforce peaked at 130 persons, all Indonesian labour force. Australian supervision used established company work practices and a quality system approach to meet the fast track construction requirements. |
| The project was not without specific difficulties which had to be surmounted in order to achieve timely completion. Obstacles like unseasonably high rainfall delaying site access, due to local flooding, were all overcome. |
