Woodside - KJV LNG Train 4       Client Woodside I Location Burrup WA I Completion 2002 Three gas turbine emission stacks and thermal combustion unit Supply, fabrication, surface treatment of gas turbine emission stacks (GTES), ie GTES 4007, 4008 and 1410, also thermal combustion unit. Units varied but generally were 40 metres high × 6 metres diameter in 2 pieces, 20 metres long, of bolted flange construction. Work included access towers, stairways, landings, hand rails, 60 000 refractory anchors and management of refractory installation prior to shipment. Shipping weights of approximately 190 tonnes each were involved. TCU combustion chamber was 100% stainless steel 316 material. Construction templates were also part of the contract for foundation bolts. All works were successfully completed safely, on time and on budget. back to projects list >>
