| Supply, fabrication, surface treatment, full assembly and load out of bridge sections for construction of a 200 metre rail bridge. Construction comprised the fabrication of 3 plate girders 45m long × 3.25m deep, with a 40mm bottom flange and a 25mm top flange and 20mm web. Web to flange incorporated full strength butt welds to
AS 1554 Part 1 XP. |
| Load out dimensions were 45m long × 4m wide × 4m high, weighing 125 tonnes per assembly. |
| All work was finished on time and on budget to extremely tight tolerances and QA/QC requirements. |
