  Occupational Health & Safety Policy
Pacific Industrial Company
Pacific Industrial Company recognises that Occupational Health and Safety is a fundamental part of its business operations. We steadfastly believe that no business priority comes before safety.
We will make every effort to continually improve our systems and processes. This will be done by frequently monitoring our business activities and implementing positive changes when needed.
Pacific Industrial Company is committed to:
  • The health and safety of all our employees;
  • The ongoing improvement of Occupational Health and Safety within all areas of our business;
  • Establishing high levels of Occupational Health and Safety standards on all our sites.
The Pacific Industrial Company Management team is actively involved in the management and planning of Occupational Health and Safety.
We support, encourage and train all our employees to be active in identifying occupational hazards and recommending changes that will reduce the risks these hazards present.
Pacific Industrial Company expects all our employees to acknowledge responsibility for their own actions. We also expect our employees to report unsafe work practices and conditions, and to behave in a manner that reflects our company safe work practices and standards.
If illness or injury results in a disability to our employees, Pacific Industrial Company will actively manage the Injury Management process to assist in their safe return to productive and meaningful employment.
